We’re thrilled to welcome Tristin Lee to our leadership team as a Director. Tristin’s leadership style, strategic mindset, and unwavering commitment to excellence align perfectly with our values. Bringing exceptional vision, deep experience, and an energising drive, we’re inspired and excited to have Tristin on board as we enter this next chapter together.
Tristin brings over 17 years of expertise in delivering trusted advice and value-enhancing corporate finance solutions to both local and internationally listed companies. After completing his articles at EY and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2007, Tristin built a distinguished career advising high-profile corporates on award winning transactions that drive organic and acquisitive growth.
Before joining Resolute Wealth, Tristin served as Senior Managing Director of the Advisory Division at One Capital, an award-winning independent advisory firm recognized with all four major Dealmakers® Awards, and as Corporate Finance Executive at Sasfin Bank. His experience spans raising more than R50 billion in listed equity and debt, executing high-profile mergers and acquisitions and leading the team on an empowerment transaction exceeding R200 billion. He is highly skilled in investment analysis, valuations, and financial modelling, underpinned by a deep understanding of equity and debt capital markets.
Tristin joined Resolute Wealth to pursue his passion for holistic financial planning—helping professionals, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals grow and protect their wealth. He recognized the strength of Resolute Wealth’s service offering and joined as a Director to support the firm’s strategic growth and development. His commitment is simple: to build enduring, trust-based relationships and deliver solutions that secure long-term financial success.
Outside of work, Tristin values time with his wife and two children, enjoys exercise, and loves the outdoors. His philosophy is clear: wealth can be created, but time is finite – value both.
