Mentorship

This is a great way to ensure the sharing of knowledge and experience. Each new staff member will be guided by a mentor as they progress through their professional careers and learn from more experienced advisors.

Requirements

  • BCom Degree (Legal/Finance) or equivalent NQF 5 financial planning qualification
  • Regulatory exams successfully completed or to be done
  • CFP will be an advantage
  • Clear credit and criminal record

    We are constantly looking for hardworking administrators to join our team. This is the backbone of our business as It is essential that all our financial planning teams have this vital role fulfilled. Our administrators ensure that all the requests from or regarding clients have been processed and dealt with. They are the liaison between RWM and our service providers and act as the assistants to the financial planners within our stable. They form a dual role of administrator & Paraplanner to help retain the relationship with the clients by ensuring that all their specific needs are met.

    • Minimum 1 years’ experience in financial services administration
